When will I receive
your e-mail confirmation?
Orders submitted before 4:15pm (EST) (Mon. - Thurs.)
receive a confirmation the same day after 7pm (EST).
The e-mail confirmation contains the UPS Tracking Number.
Orders submitted after 4:15pm (EST) (Mon. - Thurs.)
will receive e-mail confirmation the following day after
7pm (EST).
Orders submitted after 2pm (EST) on Friday through Sunday,
will receive e-mail confirmation on the following Monday
after 7pm (EST).

Is it safe to

Can I return the products
if I don't like them?
Yes, we accept returns on most items unless they are
special order (such as custom made Enkeboll's column
and mantel pieces). Please refer to our Return
Policy page. As a reminder, all returns without
RGA # are not accepted. Please call us at toll free
(877)666-5662 for RGA # and return address.

How long will it take to
get my order?
Knobs & Pulls: We stock them all. For your
utmost satisfaction, 95% of knobs and pulls ship the
same day.
Danze: Most products are stock items and are
shipped directly from the warehouse in IL within 5
business days upon submission of your order.
Enkeboll: Most products are stock items and
are shipped to you from the warehouse in California
within 3 business days upon submission of your order.
Special order such as custom made columns and mantels
have 4 weeks lead time and ship immediately as soon
as they are ready

Will I been
charged extra for shipping if I purchase items from
different manufacturers?
Absolutely not. You might receive separate shipments
but the shipping charges on your original order will
not change.

What is the
quickest way in searching for the items I am looking
for?
On the upper left of the screen, you will see a look-up
box that indicates "Seacrh by Item # , Description
or Size".

To look up
for the same pulls with different finish/color
Just type the model number without the alphabet at
the front and back of the item. For example, type
"1950" (instead of A1950-BNB) in the look-up
box and click 'GO' or press enter key. This will pull
up pictures of A1950 shown in 8 available colors.

To look up by size
In the look-up box, type the measurement as precisely
as possible to narrow down your search. For example,
type exactly 2-1/2" C/C or 3-1/2" C/C, 64mm,
128mm, etc. in the look up box and click 'GO'.

top of the screen. For example, click on yellow icon
that says "knobs" to look for knobs

Try to purchase knobs & pulls items from the same
collection from the same manufacturer to assure color
consistency

What if I can't
find the pull with the size I need to fit the pre-drilled
holes in my cabinets?
We offer knobs & pulls in various sizes, shapes
and colors. Some measurements are in inches (")
and some in millimeters (mm). If you failed when looking
by inches, try mm and vice versa.
To convert mm to inches multiply by 0.04
Example: 96mm x 0.04 = 3.84"
To convert inches to mm multiply by 25.4
Example: 2-1/2" x 25.4 = 64mm
Alternatively, you can consider using an adjustable
pull or a backplate. The quickest way to look for them
is to type the word "backplate" in the look-up
box and click go. This will pull up all backplates for
your consideration.
