SHIPPING POLICY
All knobs & pulls are in stock and
available for immediate delivery, except for our specialty drop ship items. THose items are indicated as "drop ship" on our website.
Top Knobs delivery requires signature.
Merchandise is shipped via the shipping method
you select when placing your order.
Drop Ship Orders are
normally shipped within 2-3 busniness days of receipt.
Any errors
in your info will result in an additional $5-$10 UPS charge
+ delivery delay.
Shipping options are:
1. UPS Ground
2. UPS 3th Day Select
3. UPS 2nd Day Air
4. UPS Next Day Air
UPS will not ship any order to
a PO Box.
All orders shipping outside the Continental US
will incur an additional shipping and handling fee.
You will be contacted with these charges.
Knobs & Pulls: for your outmost satisfaction,
95% of knobs and pulls ship the same day.
Danze: Most products are stock items and are
shipped directly from the Danze warehouse within 5 business
days of submission of your order.
Enkeboll: Most products are stock items and are
shipped to you from the Enkeboll warehouse within 3
business days of submission of your order. Special order
(such as custom made columns and mantels) have a 4 week
lead time and ship as soon as they are ready
Oversized packages for molding products (over
8ft in length) or exceeding UPS limits ship by Common
Carrier. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail before
the shipment of your order.
Knobs & pulls, Enkeboll products, Danze and
sink products are shipped from different warehouses
In these cases you will receive separate shipments but
the shipping charges on your original order will not
change.

RETURN POLICY
Return Policy - cabinet knobs & pulls
15%-30% Restocking Fee on all items.
Return Requirements:
Original closed packaging - To obtain credit
for your return, merchandise must be unopened in its
original condition. Any individual pieces of open hardware
will not be credited.
Return Authorization - You must call or e-mail
us to request a return authorization within 2 weeks. We will refuse any unauthorized returns.
If you meet above requirements, full merchandise values
will be credited to your account, excluding shipping
charges and applicable restocking fees.
The restocking fee is listed below each item on our website.
Defective Merchandise:
Knobs-n-pulls.com must be notified of any defects
within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will replace your order at our own expense
upon receipt of the defective item.
Prior to shipping back any product, please e-mail
or call us to obtain a return authorization.
Enkeboll Wood Product / Moldings
Return Requirements:
Returns are subject to re-stocking or handling
charge - $25.00 minimum.
Factory RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) is required.
No credit will be given on unauthorized returns.
No returns accepted after 50 days.
All returns must be properly packaged and insured.
Credit cannot be given on materials damaged during
return transit or materials which have been stained
or modified.
Defective Merchandise:
We will replace factory defective items within
one year of purchase date, subject to factory approval.
Our liability shall not exceed the replacement
cost of our product.
Defect on the material or workmanship must be
reported upon receipt and prior to installation.
Wood products must be maintained under stable
temperature and humidity conditions to remain under
warranty.
Prompt and proper sealing and finishing is essential
to maintain wood stability.
We use Water Resistant Glue for additional glue
joint durability.
We do not recommend our products for exterior
use.

- Danze products - faucets, showerheads and bath accessories
Return Requirements:
Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and
handling charges of $15.00
Freight charges for shipping back the products
are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be in original packaging with
all accessories and in resalable condition.
Prior to shipping back any product, please e-mail
or call us to obtain a return authorization.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving
your product. No returns allowed after 30 days of receipt
of merchandise.
Defective Merchandise:
Lifetime warranty on all Danze products as long
as owned by original consumer. Danze stands behind this
claim with toll-free customer service available 7 days
a week for installation assistance and replacement parts.

Return of any factory defective products to knobs-n-pulls.com
are subject to $15.00 handling fees, and freight back
to us is non-refundable.
Prior to shipping back any defective product,

Defective Merchandise:
Inspect the package immediately upon receipt
while the driver is still there; inform the driver if
you discover any damage; contact knobs-n-pulls.com within
48 hours so that we can file a claim with the shipping
company and ship you a replacement immediately.

WARRANTIES
Knobs-n-pulls.com does not warranty
any products, but most manufacturers warranty their
products. Any warrantee provided by the manufacturer
will be honored by the manufacturer.
All knobs & pulls are have a 120 days warranty
after purchase if used in a proper manner. If an item
is found defective, we will replace it free of charge.
Our liability is limited only to the replacement of
the product; there is no other warranty.
As for molding products, we will replace factory
defective items, subject to factory approval. Our liability
shall not exceed the replacement cost of our product.
Defect on the material or workmanship must be reported
upon receipt and prior to installation. Please see Defective
Merchandise.
Lifetime warranty on all Danze products! All parts
of the Danze faucet have a warranty for defects in material
and workmanship for as long as the original consumer
owns it.

TAX
We are required to collect sales tax for
the state of New York. If
your orders are shipped within the state of New York,
a 8.625% NY sales tax charge
will be added to your
order. (Any Enkeboll order shipped to California will be charged an additional sales tax charges)

CANCELLATION
We respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Any order changes / cancellations should be made by calling customer service ASAP. If you need to cancel an order after you
submit, please call our toll free # at 877-666-5662
during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5).During weekends
you may e-mail us and we will contact you.
